Broken Link - 404

Hello there!

I am writing to report a broken that I found on the following page:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/yubikey/?_csrf_token=6b1241566bf...

There is written:

"For more information, see the user guide:
http://www.yubico.com/files/YubiKey_manual-2.0.pdf"
<http://www.yubico.com/files/YubiKey_manual-2.0.pdf>

That link is broken. Since it is always best to avoid broken links, I think
it will be necessary to find a new link to that content.
