below error when submitted:

500 Internal error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from 
fulfilling the request.

Hi!  Can you try again now?  We just fixed an error that was preventing
that from working.

If it still fails, can you tell us what username/full name/email you're
giving it?
