Dear development team

My question is the following: could and should i upgrade fedora 10 system to 11th version,
if i  my computer has radeon xpress 1100 video card and intel celeron X51R processor?

It should work fine. There is now a Fedora 12 release as well. You might
want to try the Live CD to confirm that the hardware works good.  For
any future help, please post to fedora list or forums instead. This
