Looking at the Spanish question mark bug, it appears to be a bug related to the Cantarell font being used on the website. We are trying to reach out to the font creator for some information and hopefully a fix.

As i've pointed out on the mailing list, in Midori the '¿' looks OK.
I think Midori is using WebKit to render the pages.
Should we make a table on backends and other useful data to trying to find useful info about the problem?
I could collect those data on the wiki page where some others are collecting the issues. But i don't know which info could be useful, and which not. Could you give me a list of data to look for?

Work for me (Gecko and Webkit). Should have been fixed long ago. Couldn't try under Windows. Please reopen if still happening, and provide the font used, your browser and the OS.
