Fedora Women Discussion At FUDCon Beijing

Hi,
So the planned discussion about Fedora Women went pretty well at FUDCon
Beijing, following are the updates which I felt worth sharing.
We got couple of suggestions, such as we should have more women specific
events at Fedora so that women could feel comfortable and could come
forward for contribution on their own.
One of the girl also suggested to have some kind of soft toys, not sure if
she was serious enough. But the idea is certainly worth discussing. One
general thought put forward by many of the attendees along with Aditya that
we have to increase our user base first then only we could think of
converting them to contributors.
