Hello! I'm Tina and I'm an undergraduate computer science student. I'm fond of Linux, and want to get involved in open source. I'm also active on the Fedora and Gentoo discord servers.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi Tina, welcome! Happy to have you here.
What kinds of things are you interested in? A good place to start is this website:
https://whatcanidoforfedora.org/
This is a click-through site to help you discover different parts of the Fedora community. Depending on what you are interested in, we can offer more specific pointers on how to make a first step into the community.
Hope to see you around! :)
Hi Justin, thank you. I'm interested in Python projects for now. Radka suggested that click-through site to me, and I found it helpful. I think I may want to look at Anaconda and DNF to see in what ways I can contribute. Anaconda has an issue - that still seems present in F30 - where, depending on whether you choose advanced partitioning or not, your LUKS container will either be of type LUKS1 or LUKS2, but it doesn't always tell you beforehand which it will be. In some cases the drop-down that would let you make the selection is greyed out and only LUKS1 is selected.
Best, Tina Vitting
