i686-PAE config dropped from Rawhide

Hello folks,

Just a heads-up, I removed the i686 PAE configuration from the kernel
dist-git repository today. The i686 PAE kernel is no longer built so
this shouldn't affect anything, but just in case someone goes looking
for the configuration, it is now only in the git history.
