I've been seeing these in my Dom0 syslog, but figured I wanted to at least get
a guest booting before I complained about anything else..

I get that output from the grep, and have that file w/those contents.
Ok, I'm in the middle of re-installing one of my machines to the 32-bit FC5
instead of 64-bit, so with a little luck I should be able to reproduce the
problem shortly & which is one step closer to finding a fix :-)
