Try adding the patch http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/gitweb/?p=xen.git;a=blob;f=localgcc451fix.patc... I was the problem on rawhide, I think it depends on how paranoid the gcc settings are whether you see this problem or not.

I tries this 4.0.2-rc1 src.rpm on two hosts:
- Fedora 14 x86_64 - Fedora 12 x86_32
It worked OK on both!
