Sounds good, but I also like the possibility of the conditional for the
abrt-desktop bit. Though, I don't think its 100% necessary it is a "nice
to have"

I'm pretty much with everyone else, I'll happily help with LightDM if
there's any bits I might be able to lend a hand with. I think trying to
fix up LXDM in time would be a tad advantageous of us and worst case
scenario is we fall back to gdm for another release.
