I've juts updated to Fedora 27 and I've realized Thunar does not refresh content of directory (I have to manually use the F5 key).
Is this something we are aware of, or should I file bugs?

Thunar also does not refresh for an smb://server/share connection ... slightly annoying. I'm not using Windows at the moment, but on some prior Windows workstations the Windows Explorer (file browser) would do an obvious and distracting refresh about once per minute even if nothing had changed! So hopefully if/when this is addressed in Thunar it will only refresh if there is actually different data to be displayed.
