Midori is at 0.9.0 upstream¹ (although their site is now a bit convoluted and it took me some time to find the source code location³), and in koji there's version 8.0 for fc30². dnf for me offers only version 7.0.

Odd. I'll look at pushing 9.0 out...I thought I pushed 8.0 out, but possibly I didn't push it to f30.

For anyone interested, I installed it. Sure it isn't the memory hog Firefox is, but it's super buggy.
