4.10 final in F17 side repo + new panel plugins

Hi Kevin and all those other testers/maintainers of Xfce,

thanks a lot for your hard work to bring Xfce 4.12 into Fedora.

Could you add xfce4-kbdleds-plugin and xfce4-embed-plugin to the side
repo, too? That would be great and a nice gimmick to attract even
more users. I guess the outstanding review requests should not harm
that semi-official repo.

They are working against 4.10 and I just didn't find the time to submit
both as packages for fedora.
