Sorry, the path to startxfce4 is correct and if it would be SELinux IMHO
setroubleshoot would pop up after login.
I took a look at the lxdm.log after fixing a selinux error and found
** (process:1163): DEBUG: user heiko auth ok
** (process:1163): DEBUG: login user heiko session gnome-session lang de_DE.UTF-8
** Message: add xserver watch
Maybe this is why autologin fails
