If you had read the archives you would see the following:

1) It is being worked on in rawhide first. There are a lot of plugins which
will have to be dropped because they are no longer supported in XFCE4.12
2) It is being backported to F22 alpha once rawhide is stable.
3) If there is time and energy (eg someone else doing it) it will be
backported to F21.

This far after a release there are few reasons to respin a Live so the
answer to your question would be No.

I love to use Live to install to new computers.

Will "yum" automatically update  Xfce 4.10 to 4.12 on FC21?
(After install, I have to do a "yum update" anyway.)

Maybe? It hasn't even been built yet for FC21 to see what problems may
occur.. too many carts in front of the horse to say.

Hi Todd,

At the moment, we are concentrating on building for F22.

I have an incomplete COPR for F21 and F20. It will probably be a few
days before I am able to get it in working order.

So, at the moment, nothing on the stable releases front. I welcome and
appreciate any testing we can get on Rawhide and F22 at the moment.

Hi Mukundan,

I remember FC21 Alpha was actually fairly good (unlike other alpha
codes).  Is FC22 Alpha in a reasonable state?

Well you could test it and find out. That way they can find out when they
release the alpha in a week or so.
