I'm afraid that isn't possible with ristretto (yet?). But I think this is okay, since ristretto is "just" an image viewer. Of course, it's discussable if an image viewer should provide possibility to print images. If you think so, I'd recommend you to request that as a feature on the Xfce bug tracker [1].
