yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing 'zarafa*'
on all Fedora releases and for Fedora EPEL you should use the following:
yum update --enablerepo=epel-testing 'zarafa*'

Z-Push 1.5.8 has been built at RPM Fusion for Fedora 17, 16, 15 as well as
for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 and 5 - and is pushed to the testing updates
