Zarafa 6.40.9 has now been pushed to the stable updates (EPEL 4, 5 and 6, Fedora 13, 14 and 15). There is no Zarafa 6.40.9 for Fedora Rawhide at the moment, because Fedora Rawhide is shipping the brand new, but incompatible CLucene version 2.3.3.4 (ABI and API incompatible).
Important: Please note, that this update is the last Zarafa 6.40 version for EPEL 5 and 6, Fedora 14, 15 and Rawhide. The next Zarafa update for the previously mentioned branches will be Zarafa 7.0.0 or better. Only EPEL 4 will remain on Zarafa 6.40, because Zarafa can't and won't guarantee PHP 4 compatibility anymore. The next update on EPEL 4 will be Zarafa 6.40.10. If you are still using Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, I would like to remind you, that Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 will reach its regular end of lifetime at 2012-02-29; see https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/errata/.

You should be able to update to Zarafa 6.40.9 by using
yum update 'zarafa*'
