[389-devel] Please review ticket 47936 (2nd): Create a global lock to serialize write operations over several backends

Hello,

    The first version of the fix was definitely too complex. There is no
    need to configure per backend.
    I changed the configuration of the fix to be a direct config
    parameter (under cn=config).
