[Fedora-directory-users] window policy manager, again doesn't appear

i am astonished on this incredible but true issue :(
after some hours of testing on login and password changes (nothing of 
strange), now window policy manager (title: Subtree Password Policy), does 
appear for a fraction of second, then disappear lasting the window empty with 
the grey background and a small square in center of it :(
