we has an image on a pc and a config file in /etc/xen with this config:

name = "ldap"
memory = "1000"
disk = [ 'file:/root/ldap_image,xvda,w', ]
vif = [ 'bridge=xenbr0', ]

bootloader="/usr/bin/pygrub"
vcpus=1
on_reboot   = 'restart'
on_crash    = 'restart'

then used : xm create ldap
and xm console ldap. after this I could ssh to this vps.
