Hi Joe,

I suggest you to review the Red Hat Directory Server Administrator Guide for
configuration multi-master replication with SSL enabled.
http://docs.redhat.com/docs/en-US/Red_Hat_Directory_Server/8.2/html/Administration_Guide/index.html

I had it setup successfully without a problem.
