*Great News*.
After talked to the AD Administrator, assigned the user: mailadm as a
administrator. The Windows Sync is working. Thank you all for the great
help.

My next step is to get the Password Sync working.

*Need help again:* 1) need to remap the attributes synchronizing from the AD
to the DS.
Is there any plugin for this process?

                          2) What password attribute is using on the DS for
the LDAP client's authencation?
I do not find the attribute: userPassword from
the AD to the DS
                              after the SYNC.

Thanks again for all the help.
Albert
