Please try 389-console-1.1.7-3.el5 - I've pushed it to testing, but if 
you don't want to wait you can grab the build directly from koji
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/389-console-1.1.7-3.el5

If it works for you, please give it some karma and it can be pushed to 
Stable
