Hi Shouben,

The server uses the system function time() to get the time and converts 
it with localtime_r().  This all comes from the host machine.  You would 
need make timezone changes via the OS/environment.

Do you mean changing the logging format?

[02/Mar/2012:09:05:28 -0500]

to

[02/Mar/2012:09:05:28 -EST]
