Are you running as root? Not sure why it is looking in //.dirsrv - for
some reason it is looking for $HOME/.dirsrv, but if you are running as
root, it should be looking in /etc somewhere (not sure where CSW
packages the directory that corresponds to the /etc/sysconfig directory
on linux).
