[389-users] Replication error after initializing consumer

Thanks Shilen for the info.

I think the problem is that the entry is created before the 
initialization of the consumer completes.
The created entry 'shilen3' is part of the data set send during the 
initialization. So it exists on the consumer.
Now replicatoin uses a RUV to know what needs to be send to a consumer.
The RUV of the consumer does not know this entry. So the supplier is 
trying to send it.
Of course the entry already exists and the update fails.

It is looking like a bug but I do not know how to fix it.
I will try to reproduce
