[389-users] Move Directory Service from /var to /opt/dirsrv - process

Easiest way to move it may be stopping the services moving the files and 
simply creating a soft link from /var/dirsrv to /opt/dirsrv. This would 
keep the system running as normal and shouldn't impact anything and no 
script changes.
