The versions in used are the following:

389-ds-base 1.3.2.16-0ubuntu1 

389 Directory Password Synchronization 1.1.5 

Issue as shown below:

 /var/log/dirsrv/slapd-389dsldap/access

[04/Mar/2015:17:55:26 -0800] conn=35 fd=64 slot=64 SSL connection from
AD.server to ldap.server

incompatible or unsupported protocol version.

_SEARCH BASE CN=USERS,DC=LDAP,DC=SERVER_ 

I got SSL active on DS "Enable SSL for this Server" and "Use SSL in
Console" with "Allow Client Authentication" 

has anybody came across this issue? any idea which might it be?
