[389-users] seeing errors in MM Rep fractional replication

Unfortunately, the fix is not released yet.

The workaround is "to apply periodic dummy updates" which are to be 
replicated to the replicas.  It would be ideal to do the dummy updates 
every 10 fractional updates or so.  If it is hard, it could be once in 
an hour.
