He might be offensive but there are valid points in there. 
bugzilla.redhat.com has been the upstream RPM too for several years. If 
we are going to revoke bugzilla permissions from the Fedora group we 
need to provide good alternatives for people currently doing the work 
whether you enjoy working with them or not. There are several options

* bugzilla.rpm.org
* separate rpm product in bugzilla.redhat.com
* Allocate better resourced from Red Hat to RPM development and solve 
the bigger issues.

Obviously the third option would be the best.
