Good idea for all the right reasons.

If anything on that list gets too detailed by subject, it can be pushed
down to the appropriate list. 

We have been suffering without a single location to discuss the overall
project as a project.

- Karsten, who _doesn't_ want to have to read all of f-devel-l and
f-maintainers to know what is going on around here.
