I presume the licensing topic means that "all Fedora-approved licenses
are legit free sw licenses" (as defined at
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html ). From the past
analysis, the exceptions to these rules are largely exceptions to the
OSI-approved licenses as well.
