MeeGo trademark status?

Counsel at Linux Foundation approved our use of either "Fedora Spin
for MeeGo" or "MeeGo Spin by Fedora."  I think Peter Robinson and the
Spins SIG favored the latter; I do too because it makes the
relationship between MeeGo and Fedora the clearest of all the options.
