Unfortunately it's more of the schedule is off, since the Board hasn't
met in any form for about 3 weeks, due to various schedule and travel
commitments,

We're having a phone meeting today, and we'll probably acheive
consensus on the plan there, and then we can execute
$MASSIVELY_GOOD_PLAN next week :)
