I wasn't how low you were going to go for minimum hours. I think that I
will probably sign up for something on the order of 4 hours every other week
figuring that on most weekends, clear a 4 hour block isn't too hard, but
there will be exceptions. Week nights are a lot more variable.

Has there thought how the time availablity tracking is going to work?
Do I get some sort of block when a task is assigned to me based on the
estimated time to complete?

Can I block out time myself if I know I won't be able to get something done
in advance? (So that I could have a default of being able to do 4 hrs a
week and block them out for weekends that I know are going to be extra busy
with other Fedora stuff or personal stuff.)

Are tasks going to be assigned with something like trac tickets and have
particulars on when the task needs to be done?
