Hi all,
@María : Well It's not possible to create site for every arabic-speaking 
country
This is site main focus is the beginners who speaks Arabic, will provide 
solutions and some other stuff important for Arabic speakers

@spot: I don't mind

And about the site I'm now comparing between different php-based CMS 
applications and will use one of them

I hope I've made things more clear
