Elections preparation

Elections are rapidly coming up and will be upon us in a few months.

The wiki page has the pertinent dates, though you can also refer to
the elections schedule (which dictates the sending of this message).

I volunteered to try and help wrangle elections this cycle, and will
need some help in running and arranging the town hall sessions as well
as coordinating the questionnaires and other administrivia. If you are
