The plan sounds reasonable, I think you can atract some community members. Other 
possibility is to join (nearly) re-established Server SIG, one of theirs goal 
(but not the only one) is to bring to Fedora new features intended for next 
RHEL. Or some kind of cooperation would be great (dmach, sharkcz - dhorak), same 
for Joerg's security lab spin.

No problem, first time I tried to start up a new SIG (do we even work anymore? 
:-) I had the same feelings and questions.
