I'd rephrase and generalize:

What can the Fedora Project as a community do to encourage ANY COMPANY 
IN THE WORLD that chooses to make working in the Fedora community part 
of someone's job, use the manner to which that employee adheres to this 
code of conduct as part of the employee's performance evaluation?
