Difficult to find information about how Fedora is governed

I added that section on the Overview page, and some text on the wiki's
main page to indicate you could find a leaping-off point at the
Overview as well. The [[Leadership]] page could probably use a bit
more love, like a very simple org chart. (At least I would hope it's
simple -- if not, that might indicate an issue in itself.)

I didn't write a ton of extra information there, because then if
something changes, pages start to deliver conflicting info. I like the
idea of having details about, say, the Board, living on the [[Board]]
page where they're more likely to be kept up to date.

Not a pipe dream, but last I heard Zarafa is not necessarily in our
future. However, the Insight team is looking at a Calendar module for
Drupal because it does deliver an ICS file that could be used to do
something like this. The calendar wouldn't be implemented until the
next phase of work. Fortunately, the first phase is about ready to
stage and then go to production, after which the team will work on
assembling requirements for the next phase:
