This has been part of Anaconda for quite a number of releases now.
Last time I checked IIRC, the separate /home is used on any
installation to more than 50GB of free space, and /home gets
everything over a set amount of space for the root partition.  (I
don't remember what that was precisely.)

Should this be part of determining that a feature is feature-complete
at the Alpha freeze?
