Board meetings format

Well,
I'd like to avoid having two *completely* separate meetings - but having for
example Board one every first Thursday in the month, in the same time as the
community and Board could summarize what happened on community meetings and
do the decision. But the time/place would be same, so I'd say more people could
join Board meeting and see/understand how Board decided...

Agenda is the must.
