Is this asking why there is no longer an "Everything" install?

I just added this:

"What happened to my Everything install?!?

If you want all packages from one or more package groups, right-click on
the package group name and choose to install all packages.

Remember, Everything always means different things to different people.
Rather than define and support 100 variations of an everything install,
you can now define your own!"

Feel free to clean it up and improve the accuracy of the directions.
This seems to be a common concern.
