The question begs to be asked:

What is the goal of the Fedora Video Contest?

The Firefox Flicks contest has a well documented overview here:
http://www.firefoxflicks.com/adcontest/brief.html

There they outline several key points which in my opinion will help
make the determination as to how the Fedora Video Contest should go.
