There are a very large set of changes proposed that are associated with 
this that are primarily infrastructure oriented. Moving out all of the 
Fedora infrastructure into community space and enabling anyone 
interested to contribute to all of Fedora doing away with core vs extras 
vs legacy differences. Creating derivatives would be more easier and so
