[Ambassadors] Paperwork anyone ?

1) Not exactly presentation. It more like paperwork. Like proposal or like
board paper.

2) Fedora LUG just a name. Not matter what name. It will be more on Fedora
Project supported LUG (Supported by Fedora Project).

3) Just an opinion.
