[Ambassadors] Updated Fedora Customs Letter

I updated the Fedora customs letter and posted it to the relevant wiki page at:

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Ambassadors/CustomsLetter

I changed all references to "Fedora Core" to "Fedora 7" and retained
the ODT document format.

This is in preparation for the GITEX event.

Please let me know if there are any problems.
