[Ambassadors] Budget April 1 - May 31

Hi,

There's no Africa, and I understand why, we did not comit any event
for this quarter.

We will be celebrating "Fedora 9 launch day", so it will be Media and
talks. We might need to rent the location.

We will do It one week after F9 official release.
