[Ambassadors] Fedora Meeting on IRC - Not able to connect

Hi All,

I have a query, but dont know whether this is the right place to ask or not.
I have a internet connection at home with proxy server at port 8080.
Whenever i try to connect irc server, it never connects using my proxy
server . My ip for proxy is 192.168.90.3:8080. Surfing is ok with my proxy.

Due to this problem, i am not able to attend any fedora ambassadors meeting.
Please help me with a solutions with my existing internet connection.
